That’s why we’ve launched the ProClean Service Plan. A flexible direct debit plan that allows you to spread the cost of your cleaning over a period of time that suits you best.
The ProClean Service Plan is available across all of our services including oven, carpet and upholstery cleaning, allowing you to create a bespoke package suitable for your home and lifestyle. Each plan comes with a pre-booked appointment, giving you full peace of mind.

Terms and Conditions
- If you replace an item that was due to be cleaned under the Service Plan, all Direct Debit payments made for the original item can be transferred to the new item or refunded in full. A full refund will be given with 48 hour’s notice of any of the pre-arranged appointment(s). All appointment changes with less than 48 hours notice can be transferred to another clean, and must be used within 6 months.
- If you were to move home during your Service Plan, all Direct Debit payments can be transferred to your new home item(s), adjustments will be made to suit or refunded in full. A full refund will be given with 48 hour’s notice of any of the pre-arranged appointment(s). All appointment changes with less than 48 hours notice can be transferred to another clean, and must be used within 6 months.
- Service Plans for Ovens & Carpet & Upholstery will be set up as separate accounts.
- Oven Service Plans are 6, 9 & 12 monthly instalments.
- Carpet & Upholstery Service Plans are 12 & 18 monthly instalments.
- If a Direct Debit fails, a second request for the payment will be made within 7 working days. If the second request fails, the account will be classed as dormant and all pre-booked appointment(s) will be cancelled. A full refund will be given with 48 hour’s notice of any of the pre-arranged appointment(s). All appointment changes with less than 48 hours notice can be transferred to another clean. These options will remain for 2 months following the account becoming dormant, after that the account will close.
- ProClean Group offers a one month cooling off period. If you wish to cancel your service plan within this time period, a full refund will be available.
