Do you do end of tenancy cleans for landlords and agents?+
Yes. End of tenancy and void cleans are one of our core services. The whole property is cleaned to re-let standard, including carpets, appliances and inside cupboards, scheduled around your check-out and check-in dates, and photographed on completion so you have a record for the file. We also handle builder's and post-construction cleans before handover.

How long does a carpet take to dry after cleaning?+
Typically a few hours rather than a day. We use soft-water hot extraction followed by accelerated drying with air movers, which is step six of our seven-step process, so most rooms are back in normal use the same day. Drying is slower in cold, damp weather or on thick wool pile, and we will tell you at the consultation if that applies to your carpet.
Are your products safe around children, pets and allergies?+
Yes. We use eco- and allergy-safe products on every job, domestic and commercial, and our carpet pre-spray is allergen-neutralising. A fragrance-free option is available for nurseries, clinics and scent-sensitive households, so nothing scented is used anywhere in the property.
Can I book a one-off house clean rather than a regular contract?+
Yes. Our Gold package works as a weekly or fortnightly reset, but Platinum and Rituals™ are regularly booked as one-off deep cleans before an event, after a renovation, or as a gift. There is no minimum contract for domestic work.
Do you clean offices outside working hours?+
Yes. Commercial schedules are built around your opening hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and split shifts. Every contract starts with a full-site assessment, all equipment is supplied by us, and full-premises carpet cleaning is included at no extra cost.
